Return Process

  Log into your GeekShare account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
